All inmate phone calls at the Bartow County Detention Center are conducted by using ICSolutions phone system.  This system allows inmates to make collect or prepaid debit calls.

 

Each inmate receives one (1) free sixty (60) second phone call upon using the inmate phone system for the first time.

 

Sheriff Millsap has arranged for each inmate to make free phone calls to each of the three approved bail bonding companies for the Bartow County Detention Center.  This allows the jailed person to make arrangements to be released if issued a bail bond for their charge by the courts.

Phone Call Time Limit

All inmate calls have a maximum time limit of fifteen (15) minutes.

The system will alert you when fourteen (14) minuted have past and one (1) minute is remaining before you get disconnected.

Phone Call Costs

The FCC rate caps, which were passed by the commision in the fall of 2013 under the leadership of acting FCC Chair Mignon Clyburn, impose a limit of $0.25 cents per minute for debit calling and $0.21 cents per minute for collect calling.

This price Varies and is formulated by:

• Connection Fee determined by the phone company of called party (Example: AT&T, Verizon, etc.)

• Any local, county, state and federal taxes, regulatory fees and billing fees.

• Called party location (Example: Montreal, Canada)

 

Prepaid Debit

Local/Interstate:  ​$0.16 per minute*

International:  ​$0.50 per minute*
